We support you in police custody suites and the courts and link you to the services you need in Durham, Darlington, Cleveland and North Yorkshire
We're here to help
We can help you get to the services you need and we can also discuss any support needs you may have. This includes drug and alcohol support, homelessness, debt or domestic violence.
Our team consists of mental health nurses, liaison and diversion practitioners, support workers, speech and language therapist, peer mentors and care navigators. We will support you to engage with services, improve your health and reduce offending.

- Signposting and supporting to engage within services
- Apprenticeship scheme
- Support to improve your health and wellbeing
We also provide services to children and young people.
