Contact our team if you and your family are finding things difficult at the moment. Our team of friendly, specialist workers can offer a range of practical help and support.
We’ll complete a full assessment of your family’s needs and create a Family Support Plan with you, so that you and your family can start to make positive changes.
We can help with:
- Parenting/family relationships
- Housing
- Mental health
- Poor school attendance
- Accessing out of work benefits and debt
- Domestic abuse
- Drug and alcohol use
We’ll work with you and your family for as long as you need us to. In our experience, this is usually between six and nine months. We’ll review your Family Support Plan regularly to make sure we’re offering the best support possible for you all.
We also offer families the opportunity to shape the ongoing development of the project, through activities, consultations and group work.
