Recovery Navigator – Calderdale Recovery Steps
We are currently looking to build our recovery coordination teams who provide support for individuals who are using drugs or alcohol. The recovery coordinators role is to provide tailored support to people to make positive changes.
Lead Practitioner – Barnsley Recovery Steps
This role will lead a team of recovery workers to deliver the best possible results for the people that use our services as well as providing one to one support yourself. You will take a “whole person” approach to ensure that every persons care encompasses all areas of their wellbeing, not just their drug or alcohol use, to achieve the best possible outcomes for every person.
Strategic Criminal Justice Lead – Barnsley Recovery Steps
Our Strategic Criminal Justice Lead will work closely with criminal justice stakeholders across Barnsley to ensure a joined up approach to improving outcomes and life opportunities for those within the criminal justice system who need support with drug or alcohol use. The role will also provide line management to members of your team, ensuring that they have the support and guidance they need to deliver the best possible services.
HOPE Worker – Barnsley Recovery Steps and Calderdale Recovery Steps
As a HOPE Worker, you will work with health partners to offer advice, support and guidance to people at risk of problematic drug and alcohol use. You will offer tailored guidance in minimising harmful behaviour and, if require, support into services should they need more substantial support.
Health and Wellbeing Nurse –Barnsley Recovery Steps and Calderdale Recovery Steps
As a Health & Wellbeing Nurse, you will work within our clinical team leading on wellbeing interventions, blood borne virus screening, health and wellbeing assessments, wound care and other health initiatives.
Community & Pharmacy Outreach Worker –Barnsley Recovery Steps
Our new Pharmacy & Community Outreach Worker role will ensure that we are able to provide specialist, tailored support to enable people to make positive changes and give us the knowledge and resources to be able to reach and engage people with a range of needs within our communities.
