We value our volunteers and seek to ensure their roles are rewarding and beneficial to all. Humankind holds the Investors in Volunteers accreditation.
Volunteering with Humankind benefits us all
People who spend time volunteering with Humankind are treated with respect and are considered very much part of our team. We couldn’t do our work without our volunteers and we understand that they bring their experience to enhance our services.
We are committed to the Investing In Volunteers’ standard.
“While studying my undergrad and working up to 30 hours a week, Humankind has given me the opportunity to volunteer around my other commitments and I couldn’t be more grateful. Without lived experience, my academic study aided in adapting to working in the charity sector and with these skills, I couldn’t be happier with securing my graduate role as a HOPE Care Coordinator! Thank you Humankind!”
